Caterpillar® Merchandise Now Available at Dig This® Las Vegas

Steamboat Springs, CO, May 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Dig This® Las Vegas, the nation’s first heavy equipment playground, is now featuring Cat®-branded apparel for men, women and kids, as well as hats, accessories, die-cast miniatures, and gifts for purchase inside their new office. Dig This Las Vegas located at 3012 S. Rancho Drive, just minutes from The Strip, is open daily 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Cashman Equipment, headquartered in Henderson, NV, partnered with Dig This to open a branch of their ever-popular Cat Gear Store. Dig This has selected three Caterpillar 315CL hydraulic excavators and two D5 track-type tractors (dozers) for its Las Vegas operation.

Dig This Las Vegas brings the latest in recreational and corporate entertainment to Vegas. Operations on the five-acre leased site launched late last week. The Company will celebrate this coming weekend with Grand Opening specials featuring introductory 1-hour “Dig” sessions priced at $119.00.

Beginning Monday, May 16, Dig This Las Vegas will offer the “Big Dig” as the standard three-hour activity. After an equipment and safety orientation, participants will get behind the controls in climate-controlled, radio monitored cabs and maneuver equipment in individual work areas. Guests choose to operate either a Caterpillar track-type tractor (dozer) or Caterpillar hydraulic excavator during their “Big Dig” session. Participants must be at least 14 years of age. Big Dig pricing is $400.00 per session, shuttle service is included and there is plenty of parking on site.

Additionally, Dig This Las Vegas offers corporate team building programs; special “Mega Day” events with some of the largest earth-moving machines in the Caterpillar arsenal; is available for private and special events; and plans to introduce an Excavate and Exfoliate Spa Package in the coming months.
