)-- Chef Charles Wade Schwerd’s Arrowhead Grill is offering the choice of four different entrees as part of this spring’s Arizona Restaurant Week.
The four entrees are part of the special three-course meal Arrowhead Grill is offering for the first-ever spring Arizona Restaurant Week, which runs from May 13-22.
The Arrowhead Grill menu for Arizona Restaurant Week starts with a choice of four selections – Caesar salad, house salad, clam chowder or chopped salad. Chef Schwerd’s second course features an eight-ounce bacon-wrapped filet, braised beef short rib, fire roasted chicken or Macadamia-crusted Hawaiian Sunfish.
For dessert, Arizona Restaurant Week diners have the choice of cinnamon cake, a Ghiradelli brownie, butter cake or strawberries and chocolate fondue.
All meals come with the choice of cream spinach, creamed corn, maple mashed sweet potato, or sour cream and chive mashed Yukon potatoes.
“We’re proud to be a part of the first ever spring Arizona Restaurant Week,” Schwerd said. “We feel we’ve come up with a menu that foodies will absolutely love.”
Schwerd has spent the past two decades carving out a reputation as one of the Valley’s finest chefs.
