CF Jordan Construction Awarded Georgia Southern University Project

Energized new student housing coming to GSU

Dallas, TX, May 20, 2011 --(PR.com)-- CF Jordan Construction, a leading Texas based commercial construction and construction management company will begin building the modern-style new student housing at Georgia Southern University. CF Jordan Construction was awarded the contract by Parkland Development Corporation of Florida.

The Forum at Georgia Southern University will feature three-story buildings for a total of 300 units and 780 beds. The privatized housing will include appealing amenities such as a basketball court, sand volleyball courts, lap pools, and a club/leasing/student center. The entire property will thrive on 364,289 square-feet of property.
