Aianna's New Offerings for Retail Customers

Aianna has increased and updated all retail offerings.

Paris, France, May 25, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Aianna has added a more complete line of services to their retail customers. Here are their latest features available:
· DID: Aianna has increased numbers of countries in which they offer DIDs to 68 countries (local access numbers).
· Voice mail with e-mail or SMS notification: Customers can now read or listen to their voice mail messages no matter where they are.
· Call Redirection: Customers can now decide if they want to send their calls to their mobile phones, home phones, direct to voice mails and/or all choices by placing priorities.
· Provisioning: Aianna has added a provisioning area in the customer’s portal where customers are able to configure their ATAs, or VOIP Phones quickly and easily. Just enter the MAC address of their devices and the system will automatically give them the correct configurations.
· Free Network Calling: Aianna offers free calling between customers in their network, intra network calls are always absolutely free.
· Calling Card: Aianna offers a Calling Card without a card. The Calling Card can be used in relation to the customer accounts or independently from it.
· Video Conferencing: Aianna now carries all the video calls with their proprietary encryption system. (Voice and Video calls are not going through an open network)
· Renew Customer Portal: Aianna has updated all features with needed securities in their customer portal. The customer portal features Invoicing, Usage, Statistics, 8 languages, 3 themes, and many other added services and configurations. Features can also be customized to suit their consumer needs accordingly.
· IP PBX: Aianna now offers their newest and latest IP PBX. IP PBX works for retail, residential as well as enterprise customers with amazing amount of features with flexibility.
· Calling Packages: Aianna is adding 3 new Calling Packages for their retail and PBX products.
