Professional STM-260W 26” CCTV monitor is designed to operate in standalone or distributed video surveillance systems with real-time video transmission. New widescreen model can display current video from multiple cameras, transmit multi-channel or multiplexed video signal and display archive video. For the convenience of CCTV operator, this monitor features 176° viewing angles, so the image will be clearly visible from any viewpoint.

For full-functional operation in the multi-channel CCTV system, STM-260W has 4 BNC video inputs for security equipment connection and VGA-input for PC. One of the competitive advantages of this CCTV monitor is its integrated 4ch multiplexer with a motion detector for each channel, as well as S-Video output for DVD-player connection.

Original LCD-matrix provides realistic color rendering, generating 16.7 million colors and shades. CCTV monitor reproduces images with SXGA (1366x768 pix.) resolution and also features 450 cd/m2 of maximum brightness and 2500:1 contrast, allowing operator to monitor every part of the image. Due to 6.5 ms fast response time, STM-260W eliminates "smearing" effect, when displaying fast moving objects.

Viewing images can be carried out in one of three modes: multiscreen, fullscreen or sequence mode. In addition, PoP (Picture over Picture) function allows CCTV monitor to display video from alarm channel without leaving the viewing mode of the current image. In this case, the monitor offers four additional window viewing modes with the ability to display alarm video with motion.

The distinctive features of STM-260W are its motion detection for each video channel, alarm input and relay output. In case of the alarm event, CCTV monitor displays a text notification like: "ALARM," "V-LOSS" and "MOTION," or a buzzer is activated. New monitor also can display alarm video in the main window within a specified period of time.

Built-in memory block allows operator to record up to 60 static frames from the alarm channels. To record an alarm image manually, security operator can use "Capture" button on the front panel. In addition, CCTV monitor can automatically record alarm images. Viewing of the recorded frames is carried out both in multiscreen or full-screen modes.
