About the author:

Jean started her story three years ago and was encouraged by her friends and family to have it published. Born in Northern Ireland, Jean loved going to church. She sang in the choir, was part of open-air evangelism and belonged to Christian Endeavor, Girl’s Life Brigade and various youth groups run by the church. She chose nursing as her career and retired in 2009 after forty-eight years of service. She married Jim, her sweetheart, in 1968. He was a pastor and together they traveled to England, Canada and then to the USA, wherever they felt the call of God. They now reside in Duncan, Oklahoma, where Jean hopes to finish the sequel to Bobby.
