Atlanta, GA, June 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Endeavor is proud to announce the appointment of three senior level resources to fulfill critical leadership roles within their respective departments. Chuck Moon brings years of industry experience to his senior leadership role in Endeavor’s Operations Engineering team. Lisa Hayes has been hired to head up Field Resource Management (FRM), drawing upon a history of workforce and management roles. Lee Corvin provides direction to Endeavor’s Project Management Office (PMO), leading the team who performs the critical role of implementing customer deployments. The addition of Moon, Hayes, and Corvin immediately brings senior leadership to their respective departments in Endeavor operations and ensures the ongoing enhancement of internal processes.

Chuck Moon joins the team to provide leadership to Endeavor’s Solutions Design organization, which is responsible for building out mechanisms in Endeavor Service Portal (ESP) based on customer requirements that allow Field Engineers (FEs) and internal staff to effectively execute customer projects. The Solutions Design team is also charged with creating the documentation for these deployments to assure that FEs and staff have the knowledge and tools necessary to deliver a top notch customer experience. In his leadership role, Moon is looking forward to applying creative engineering solutions in streamlining internal processes and creating comprehensive tools and documentation that ensure the success of customer rollouts.

Moon has over 30 years of experience in engineering and operations management, including 12+ years in IT and telecom related industries. He most recently served as Integrated Solutions Specialist for AT&T where he was responsible for managing sales engagements for AT&T’s strategic growth products and services. Other roles he held during his tenure with AT&T/Bellsouth include positions in project management, personnel management, and technical consulting. Moon also served as Professional Services Engagement Manager for Avaya, where he developed scope of work requirements and pricing for customer IVR, CTI, and contact center applications. He holds numerous industry certifications and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia. Moon holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Georgia.

Lisa Hayes joins the organization to lead Endeavor’s FRM team, whose duties include the recruiting and on-boarding of new Field Engineers (FEs), the assessment and tracking of FEs’ specialized skill sets, and communication with FEs relative to new company initiatives. In this leadership role, she draws upon an extensive history in operations management, human resources, and field resource/vendor management. Hayes is eager to utilize her talents to implement several crucial directives including improving contractor relations, providing strategic and tactical direction to the Field Resources Management team, driving process and policy improvement, and refining the FRM recruitment methodologies.

Hayes has 15+ years as a Senior Human Resources professional and most recently served as a Senior Business Partner, Human Capital for Dover PIDG, where her duties included partnering with NAM Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Operations, Technology Solutions and Global Distribution. She has wide expertise in areas such as business process outsourcing, resource relations, recruiting, performance management, and risk management. Hayes holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of West Georgia, and an M.B.A in Global Business from the University of Dallas.

Lee Corvin joins the company as Senior Program Manager to provide leadership to Endeavor’s Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO oversees the interactions between Endeavor’s operations departments and acts as the primary liaison during the implementation of new customer engagements to ensure deployments are monitored throughout the project’s lifecycle with a high degree of quality. Corvin looks forward to continuing to build the PMO, streamlining current processes, and implementing advanced PM practices.

Corvin has 20+ years experience in project management and brings high level skills in process design, work flow management, software development/implementation, and quality assurance. He previously served as Project Manager at NCR within the Financial Services Group and as Senior Project Manager at EarthLink in the Enterprise PMO.
