Xclaimed Ministries Host Concert in the Park

Xclaimed Ministries provided a free concert in the Park in Stanton, California. The ministry provided free BBQ meal, toys, bicycles and Bibles.

Stanton, CA, June 03, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Xclaimed Ministries entertained the community of Stanton with a free concert in the park last Saturday, May 28th. Xclaimed Ministries also provided free food, t-shirts, Bibles and toys. Every child received a free toy and 6 children won free bicycles. Xclaimed Ministries raised funds to purchase all the toys and bicycles. It is the hope of the ministry that one day corporations will partner with them in this community outreach.

Saturday’s event began with Sustenance of God, who provided a dramatic worship performance by using sign language and movement set to Christian music. Pastor Lua Asuega, leader of Sustenance, said that they look forward to taking their ministry to other churches and communities. This is another avenue for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Xclaimed Ministries Band brought the crowd alive and many were on their feet dancing to the spirited music. Chaze, M’Chel, Alan, Shad, Ed and Shawn are crowd favorites and did not disappoint.

Paul Karanick, Xclaimed Ministries co-founder and pastor, commented that the ministry is more than the message that he will give, it is the music and the work of the volunteers that show the complete work of the body of Christ. Karanick says that he and his wife may have started this ministry in 2005, but God has kept it going by providing amazing volunteers who have the same heart to serve Christ by reaching out to the community. Karanick added, "One of our greatest costs we have at our events is giving away hundreds of Bibles; however, this is also one of our most important responsibilities. God provided another miracle for us as He connected us with The Lockman Foundation. They also have a heart for spreading the Gospel of Jesus and provided us with all the Bibles that we give to each person at our events. This alone saves us thousands of dollars."

Karanick and his wife have met many families within their community because of these events. Over the past few months, Mrs. Karanick noticed a few families that had particularly hard times with their living situations. The Karanick family opened their home to give them a place to stay; especially providing assistance to transport the children to school, the dentist and the doctor. One family has already moved on to an apartment and another family is only a short time from getting assistance.

These outreach events move the entire Xclaimed Ministries Team to see the real needs of the people. Being on the front line of the community is what Xclaimed Ministries calls Local Missions. Some people are called to go to other countries far away to help people in need and Xclaimed Ministries has been called to help the local community. There is already excitement growing for the next outreach concert on Saturday, July 30, 2011 in Stanton.

Xclaimed Ministries’ asks for your support at their fireworks stand to raise money to reach out to more people. Their stand will be at Beach Blvd and Cerritos Avenue from July 1-4, 2011. This is a great way for their ministry to raise funds for their next 2-3 concert events, toys and bicycles.
