New HeadsetHouse.com "Therapist" Answers Online Shoppers' Questions
Milford, CT, March 18, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Wendy Kopfschmerzen has joined HeadsetHouse.com, the online headset venue of telecom supplier AbleComm, Inc., to provide advice and answer questions from prospective purchasers.

According to company president Michael N. Marcus, “while telephone headset use is growing, most people – even those who spend many hours on the phone – don’t use headsets, and miss the benefits of comfort and efficiency. Part of the problem is the overwhelming choice of products. There are literally hundreds of telephone headsets available, and we want it to be easier for people to pick the right product.”

Marcus continued, “We are extremely pleased to be able to offer to the public, the experience and knowledge of Dr. Kopfschmerzen, who has degrees in acoustics, audiology and anatomy, and has used headsets herself for many years. We have given Dr. Kopfschmerzen the title, Headset Therapist, to imply knowledge, understanding and patience.”

Before joining HeadsetHouse, Dr. Kopfschmerzen worked as an engineer for TransducerLogik GmbH in Germany; Audiktia, a Danish maker of hearing aids; and for Hegeman Laboratories, a speaker manufacturer based in New Jersey. She maintains dual US-German citizenship, and was educated in both countries.

Dr. Kopfschmerzen answers email, and both emails and general advice are published on the HeadsetHouse.com website for everyone’s benefit.

The HeadsetHouse.com website is hosted by Yahoo, using its Merchant platform and template, plus custom HTML. It recently underwent a major re-design, and has dozens of new products from such brands as Plantronics, Accutone, Chameleon, Jabra, GN and Panasonic. The site also offers exclusive products under the HeadsetHouse brand name. It is expected that Dr. Kopfschmerzen will be involved in the design of future HeadsetHouse products.

Parent company AbleComm, Inc. has been in business since 1977 and operates over 30 websites, blogs and online forums. It supplies telecom products worldwide to customers including government agencies, large and small businesses, educational institutions, hospitals, and consumers.
