Duval Music Diplomat Creates Mainstream Outlet to Showcase Jacksonville and Independent Music Scene

The website will feature artist spotlights from Jacksonville as well as all over the world, an online radio station (HFL RADIO) showcasing the talents of Mr. Al Pete, Swordz, Francis, Willie Evans of Duval, just to name a few. "I feel like independent shouldn't mean unknown and just because an individual is not in the “mainstream” doesn't mean they have to be ‘underground’,” Kevin Forrest said when asked about why he created the site.
