Downtown Raleigh’s Only Spanish-Influenced Tapas Lounge Honored in 2011 Best of the Triangle Awards

Raleigh, NC, June 23, 2011 --( Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (, has announced that The Red Room Tapas Lounge, the only Spanish-influenced tapas lounge in downtown Raleigh, has been named the best place to salsa dance in Independent Weekly’s 2011 Best of the Triangle awards, an annual readers’ poll. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, The Red Room transforms into the area’s trendiest salsa party, with free dance lessons offered early in the evening, reasonably priced appetizer-sized portions made for sharing, and other specialties including sangria, wine and signature red cocktails.
