Avista Solutions Welcomes Washington State Employees Credit Union as New Customer

User friendliness, advanced capabilities and compliance among qualities that made Avista’s LOS the best fit for the credit union

Charleston, SC, June 22, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Avista Solutions, an award-winning provider of the web-based, all-in-one, end-to-end Avista Agile™ mortgage loan origination system (LOS), is pleased to announce the addition of Olympia, WA-based Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) as a new customer. WSECU signed on with Avista in May.

Earlier this year, WSECU began searching for a new loan origination system with three key features: Usability, advanced technology and the ability to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. The credit union also wanted its new system to provide seamless workflow throughout the lending process from origination to delivery, as well as allow end users to process loans without manipulating the system. Finding a solution that would remain current through industry changes and technological advances was another must for the credit union.

After exploring multiple channels including the Internet, industry publications and consultant recommendations, WSECU requested demos from Avista and several other software providers. During a diligent selection process, WSECU compared the features of each product, researched providers’ reputations and assessed how each contender reacts to industry changes. In the end, Avista came out on top.
