Local New York Life Office Sponsors Comfort Zone Camp For Kids

Insurer Supports Camp That Helps Grieving Children Through Charity Golf Tournament

Raleigh, NC, July 01, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Paul Holmes, managing partner for the Raleigh office of New York Life Insurance Company (http://www.newyorklife.com), has announced that the Raleigh office is the title sponsor for the Second Annual Comfort Zone Camp for Kids Charity Golf Classic, scheduled to take place on Monday, Sept. 19 at Brier Creek Country Club, with registration beginning at 10:30 a.m. All proceeds from the event will benefit North Carolina’s Comfort Zone Camp, a bereavement camp that transforms the lives of children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver. Because camps and online resources are offered at no charge, Comfort Zone is 100 percent funded by contributions. It costs $500 to send a child to camp, but a donation of any kind will make an enormous impact on a grieving child’s life. Any individuals interested in giving to Comfort Zone Camp can donate through http://www.comfortzonecamp.com or call the Event Coordinator at (919) 946-1542.
