Receive press releases from Displays2go: By Email RSS Feeds: Releases Flag Display Case Just in Time for the 4th of July has just released a shadowbox display made specifically for holding a folded flag. This design has been released just in time for the 4th of July.

Bristol, RI, July 03, 2011 --( Displays2Go, a company specializing in unique display needs, has just released a display case specially designed to hold and display a folded flag. This new product has been released just in time for the 4th of July. Designed for veterans and families who have lost loved ones in the military, this display case can be hung alongside a military portrait, dog tags, or a display of medals. This model is also equipped with back clips so it can be displayed along with a banner.

“Generally when families are given a flag after a loved one has passed in battle, they aren’t quite sure what to do with it,” explains Sandra Reno, product specialist at Displays2Go. “It’s an odd size and shape, and usually doesn’t fit well in a standard square shadow box display. We specially designed this frame to fit the triangular fold and to save wall space in small areas.”

This flag holder is made from black medium density fiberboard, making it durable, lightweight, and inexpensive to manufacture and ship. It comes with a protective glass cover to keep the enclosed flag safe from dirt and damage, and is easy to clean with either just a duster or a light glass appropriate cleanser. This frame measures 25"w x 12-1/2"h x 3-1/8"d overall, with an inner size of 22"w x 11-1/4"h x 2-1/4"d. This display is versatile and can be hung on a wall or displayed on a table or countertop.

“This flag frame can also be used to display medals, stripes, and other military awards and recognitions. We chose black for the frame to make it simple and serious, but at the same time still versatile enough for any area,” continues Reno. “This shadowbox style is a timeless way to commemorate a fallen hero.”
