Sentrana Releases Version 2.0 of the SpoonByte Dining Recommendation Website

SpoonByte solves the problem of finding where to eat by scientifically matching users to restaurants based on their preferences and prior experiences.

Washington, DC, July 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Sentrana Inc., a Washington DC-based leader in scientific marketing, announces today their launch of version 2.0 of the SpoonByte website for the Washington DC Metro Area. Version 2.0 includes an improved user interface and hundreds of new restaurants.

SpoonByte matches users to restaurants based on their preferences and prior experiences, giving users the ability to easily find restaurants that they will like, which helps them solve the problem of where to eat. This information is displayed as a unique score that is specific to each patron-restaurant combination. By visiting restaurants with a high score, users can reduce the risk associated with trying new restaurants.

Version 2.0 includes improved functionality and ease of use, convenient access to restaurants’ preferred reservation systems, as well as added social features such as the integration of restaurants’ Facebook and Twitter feeds. Additionally, there are more than 1000 restaurants in version 2.0 including restaurants in Washington DC and neighboring areas of Maryland and Virginia.

SpoonByte version 2.0 continues to provide users with the features that made the earlier version compelling, such as complete menus, restaurant recommendations and a wealth of other information about each individual restaurant.

SpoonByte can be used on the web at SpoonByte.com. Version 2.0 of the iPhone application is in development and will give users the ability to use all the features of SpoonByte 2.0 features on portable Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.
