Seaside Heights, NJ, July 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The July 4th holiday weekend has brought with it a great change to traveling experience at the Jersey Shore. After almost six months of 20 hour work days, the Cranbury Inn in Seaside Heights, New Jersey has finished their renovation work. The hotel celebrates almost 30 years of being in business with only two ownership changes in the past.

They have worked on the entire consumer experience from the amenities provided to customer service, as well as an almost complete teardown and rebuild of the rooms.

The amenities now include Wireless Internet secured only for guests by the front porch and pool area (currently, the hotel is in process of full installation for in room Wi-Fi). Also, there has been a complete improvement in customer experience with staff that seem to always be available when needed. The hotel is really looking to make the best of the economic times and is insisting on improving quality while still providing greater value than many other hotels.

The rooms have undergone a major change as well. Some of these changes include new bedding, linens, as well as Sheraton furniture. Some furniture changes include Granite countertops on nightstands and armoires, beautifully carved picture frames, modern lamps, and wood-like tile flooring. The decor was set up and executed by two new designers in the industry. The hotel has also installed brand new, modern vanities that feature high quality wood, glass, and fixtures.

Finally, the hotel has refreshed the customer experience with a new training program aimed at a mantra that seems to relax the guests during their vacation, while making the work environment for employees positive and enjoyable.

From an environmental standpoint, the hotel is also trying to minimize their environmental impact with lessening the amount of paper used (utilizing reusable cleaning linens and maximizing the use of environmentally friendly chemicals). The use of low wattage lightbulbs have also been promoted in all fixtures and lamps.
