Amber Alert Issued for Two Washington Children (Lars & Remi Baugher)

Springfield, IL, March 26, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The Washington State Police has issued an Amber Alert for two Walla Walla children. The suspect and the victim were last spotted in Waitsburg on Sunday afternoon.

The suspect is the children's biological father, John Baugher, and due to his recent mental issues, it is believed the children could be in immediate danger. He is a 34-year-old white male and is 5-7 with brown hair and green eyes. 

The Victims:

One of the children is Remi Baugher. She is 4-years-old with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket with a yellow jacket over the top. She was also wearing Strawberry Shortcake shoes.

The other child is Lars Baugher. He is 2-years-old, has blonde hair, and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown or green jacket, jeans, and black Converse shoes.

The suspect vehicle is a 1978 2-toned brown Volkswagen Van with license plate number 349-NRK. The vehicle has a dent on the right front fender and on the left rear wheel well.
