Ben Speak Announces "A Concert to Remember" on 7/29/11

Medway, MA, July 18, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Ben Speaks announces “A Concert to Remember” on July 29th, 2011 in Hopkinton, MA with teenage artists that include Abbey Perrault, Mary Kate Shanahan, Ashley Gorham, Abbey Hennigan, and Evan Katz. The concert will bring the community together through music and art to remember those who have died tragically to suicide, accidental overdose, drunk or reckless driving.

The concert will be held in Hopkinton at The First Congregational Church, 146 East Main Street, Hopkinton at 7PM and will feature teenage musicians and artists. There will also be a candle lighting service during the concert to remember those lost tragically. Each song/performance is hand chosen to move the audience through the emotions of grief and loss in a positive way through music and expression.

A previous Concert to Remember participant, Monica Mansfield said “Words can barely express how amazing you are and what you did. I am floored. What an outpouring of love and community. It is so, so important to get this out in the light, as you are . . . Truly, you have helped many gain healing.”

Ben Speaks Louder Than Words is a 501(c)3 public charity. Ben Speaks mission is to empower the youth of today to be the change they want to see in the world. To STOMP OUT the growing trends of depression, bullying and teen suicide and address the issues leading up to this final act. Ben Speaks goal is to C.A.R.E. (Create Alternative Resources For Expression of Emotions) and help our children to recognize the power of their actions.
