Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ Balmoral to Take Part in Southampton "Six Ships Extravaganza"

For the second time this year, the port of Southampton will see a magnificent line-up of six cruise ships, berthed simultaneously, on 16th July 2011. In January this year, the first "Six Ships Extravaganza" took place, and the role call on that occasion included two Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ ships – Balmoral and Black Watch. This was the first time for over 50 years that so many cruise ships had docked together in the port, and a huge crowd came out to greet them.

Ipswich, United Kingdom, July 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The ships expected in Southampton on 16th July include Fred. Olsen’s Balmoral and she will be accompanied by Ventura, Celebrity Eclipse, Grand Princess, Crown Princess and Artania (formerly P&O’s Artemis.)

On this occasion, Balmoral will be in Southampton, ready to depart on a 16-night cruise to Italy, L1110.
