Palm Beach County woman gets call of a lifetime from Prime Time Emmy Event Organizers. Her fashion insole design "Piggy Pillows" will make its way into the infamous gift bags for the stars, and she is invited to LA Emmy night to mingle with the celebrities.....Maybe some will even test the Piggy Pillows on the red carpet.

Palm Beach, FL, July 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- When you put everything you have into creating a product, and then spend tireless hours hitting the pavement to market it, the jubilation of hearing “yes” is like no other feeling. Hearing those words from organizers of the 63rd Prime Time Emmy Awards in Los Angles brings that jubilation to a whole new level. No one knows that better than Michelle Ojea, creator of Piggy Pillows Fashion Insoles. Ojea received a product designer’s most anticipated phone call from organizers in L.A. telling her that the fashion insole she developed will be added to the infamous gift bag given to the stars who attend the extravagant televised awards gala in September. Not just that, Ojea herself is invited to the gifting lounge outside of the event to mingle with the stars who pass through. The news comes on the heels of her product launching in the European fashion shoe market just two months prior. That’s fabulous news for the former flight attendant who created the designer insole. “After all of the hard work and dedication that went into creating Piggy Pillows, I am finally witnessing the fruits of our labor, and it’s a very sweet feeling,” said Ojea. “Making a career switch to pursue a dream is risky for any woman, especially in this economy. But I had faith in the product and its ability to catch the eye of woman everywhere, including the beautiful women of Hollywood’s red carpet.”

Background
Like most women, Michelle Ojea loves to get pedicures. It was immediately after a pedicure when she realized that her feet were slipping in her sandals from the lotion used at the salon. Ojea returned to her Palm Beach County home, cut, shaped and mended some existing insoles, sewed some bright designer fabric over her creation, then slipped them onto her sandals. The ladies quickly took notice at her next appointment asking for their own pair for their next pedicure. It was at that moment, Piggy Pillows were born. “We did a lot of research to find the best anti microbial material with a focus on functionality and of course the colors and patterns, said Ojea. “I had so much wonderful input from my customers that perfecting the insole was easy. Women know what they want and they know what they need in a fashion product. Listening to them, and experiencing it all firsthand made creating Piggy Pillows an amazing adventure.”

The 63rd Prime Time Emmy Awards airs take place on September 18th and airs on FOX.
