)-- Sassy Shirtz, a new business in Tampa Bay that celebrates women and promotes their Sassitude is joining the well known event, First Friday in downtown St. Petersburg this Friday, August 5, 2011 from 6 PM to 10 PM. Sassy Shirtz co-owners/designers Michelle Clower and Teri Brunton will join many other vendors in the streets of downtown St. Pete where Central Avenue is closed for this monthly "block party" of activities, food, music and more. This event is sponsored by the Breakfast Optimist Club of St. Petersburg who provide a portion of proceeds to support local youth programs.
Sassy Shirtz has joined this event in their attempt to promote their grass roots campaign to empower women with their unique brand concept, including an online umbrella of support for many issues that women face each day. Sassy Shirtz believes that everything is attitude and is dedicated to positively impact and encourage all women in developing a keen sense of purpose, determination, self worth and self esteem through their confidence boosting products, web blog site community, and in person events and appearances. Their project of hope will also be coming soon to internet talk radio.
