)-- Data3s, a leading provider of Pharmacentric customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence solutions, announced today that Merck spol. s.r.o., the Slovak office of Merck KGaA., has selected eluzzion CRM, Data3s’ flagship product for Pharma companies.
The decision comes at the end of a competitive tender in which the company evaluated many industry-leading solutions and deployment options. The decision in favor of eluzzion CRM was driven in part by the requirement for robust offline capability, as well as the need for a flexible solution that could adapt according to changing needs of the company.
According to Antonín Lukeš, Data3s’ CEO, the service level agreement (SLA) proposed by Data3s was vital to their decision.

Merck will deploy offline versions of eluzzion CRM on Windows enabled notebooks for end-users, with Implementation scheduled for later this summer.
