Rachael Donaldson will lead the Colorado Tourism account and will support the agency as VP of Account Strategy. “We are very fortunate to have Rachael on the team,” says Kathy Hagan, co-president of Karsh Hagan. “She is customer-centric both from an advertising perspective and client perspective. Rachael Donaldson has a 16-year career that spans a top five advertising agency and a top five promotions agency. Rachael was most recently at Factory Design Labs and previously worked at Alibaba.com, Bébé au Lait, The Integer Group, and McCann-Erickson. She has experience with large global brands as well as small start-up brands and has even created and launched her own business. Karsh Hagan is lucky to have such a talented member joining the team.
