Jet Request Donating to University Athletic Programs During 2011 College Football Season
New York, NY, August 14, 2011 --(PR.com)-- JetRequest.com will be donating up to $2000.00 per flight to the athletic departments or scholarship funds of universities whose alumni utilize JetRequest.com services for their private jet charter flights during the 2011-2012 football season. They will secure aircraft to any game of any school through the entirety of the season- high profile games, rivalry games, homecoming games, alumni weekends, and bowl games.
Fans and alumni of universities will be able to fly in a luxury tailgate environment comprised solely of their fellow fans and alumni, while generating donations to the universities they love and the college teams they cheer for. Jet Request will also arrange ground transportation, hotel rooms, and catering if desired.
JetRequest.com will honor the giving for any university and will secure the appropriate aircraft from client cities to any game on the schedule. The donations will be based on the size of aircraft used for the trip- $500 for a light jet, $1,250 for a midsize jet, and $2,000 for a heavy jet and will be honored on each and every trip as they occur. There will be no limit to the number of donations a university may receive.
Jet Request will be prepared to secure planes to fly out of New York for all BCS Bowl Games and the BCS National Championship game. The dates of the Bowl Games are as follows: Rose Bowl in Pasadena- January 2nd, Sugar Bowl in New Orleans- January 2nd, Orange Bowl in Miami- January 4th, Fiesta Bowl in Tempe- January 5th, and BCS National Championship Game in New Orleans- January 9th. Trips to BCS bowl games originating out of cities other than New York can also be accommodated and the same donations will apply.
The aircraft chosen for each particular mission will be based on the number of passengers flying and the distance of the flight. The dates of flight can be adjusted for passenger schedules.
Fans and alumni utilizing the JetRequest.com empty leg and transient aircraft availability lists will be requesting flights directly from Air Charter Operators. In these circumstances, donations will not be given by Jet Request. However, these fans and alumni will be saving on expenses and can pass those savings directly to the charity of their choice.
