NBS Voted a Channel Partners Top 50 Channel Program

Carrier recognized by Channel Partners Magazine readers for 5th year in a row.

Wayne, NJ, August 26, 2011 --(PR.com)-- NBS, a New Jersey-based provider and reseller of IP and TDM based telecommunications services, announced today that it has been voted a Top 50 Channel Program by readers of Channel Partners magazine for the fifth year in a row. Channel Partners magazine, the country’s leading publication for communication distribution channels, recently asked its readers to vote in their annual on-line survey of telecom channel agents. NBS was chosen from nearly 250 nominees comprised of carriers, resellers, master agencies, and hardware and software vendors. Candidates for the Top 50 Channel Programs came from the 2011 listings of the Channel Partners Channel Program Guide, self-nominations and write-in names.

Each year, Channel Partners asks its readers to determine the communications industry’s 50 best indirect channel programs. The most recent survey took place in July and the results were compiled from responses given by 1,500 qualified channel partners, including master agents, subagents, independent agents, VARs, dealers, consultants and brokers. All 50 winners are to be featured in the Sept. 2011 issue of Channel Partners magazine and in a downloadable Channel Program Guide available on Aug. 24. Each winner will also be recognized at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo on Aug. 24 and designated as a 2011 Top 50 Channel Program in the Channel Program Guide online.

“Once again, Channel Partners readers have taken the time to recognize the programs that best support their work,” said Larry Lannon, Channel Partners’ group publisher. “Channel Partners is proud to honor these companies that set the standard for backing indirect partners selling network and IT services.” NBS CEO Jon Kaufman commented, "We are honored to again be among the Top 50 programs voted on by those in the industry. For 27 years our dealers and channel partners have been the life's blood of this organization, and keeping them happy has always been our top priority.”
