MaraMAPS Introduces Professionally-Made Table

The Islander is professionally made to provide the highest durability. With the ability to print any digital image on the top, the Islander makes a truly unique addition to any home.

MaraMAPS has been providing folding tables for boaters for several years and added fixed-leg tables in 2010 for homes located near water. Over 75 standard charts and maps of the most popular boating areas are available on the MaraMAPS website, or the customer can identify a unique area for printing on the tabletop and even add text and photos to the image. MaraMAPS is the only company that allows customers to select an image for printing on a folding table.

Shawn Ryan is the founder and president of MaraMAPS. He grew up boating on Lake Minnetonka (MN) and spent countless hours cruising slowly, enjoying the view with a drink and following the progress of the boat on the folding table. Folding tables with a map of the lake have been a fixture on Minnetonka for years, but don't exist for other popular boating areas. After moving to Tampa in 2001, he realized there was an opportunity to bring this unique idea to boaters everywhere.

MaraMAPS entertaining tables are manufactured in Tampa and are available in a variety of standard sizes and colors. Some are solid wood while others use PVC to resist the elements.
