Actavis Implements eluzzion CRM in Italy
Data3s today announced that Actavis has selected eluzzion CRM, a leading customer relationship management and business intelligence platform for life sciences companies, to support its Italian sales organization.
Prague, Czech Republic, September 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Data3s today announced that Actavis has selected eluzzion CRM, a leading customer relationship management and business intelligence platform for life sciences companies, to support its Italian sales organization. With this deal, Actavis Italy joins its sister organization in Spain as the second Actavis country to adopt eluzzion CRM.
Cristian Burrows, Data3s' Sales Director, said that the decision was based on the "successful case study" presented by their Spanish counterparts, who implemented the system earlier this summer:
"In terms of functionality, eluzzion CRM offers the Italian organization everything they required and more, but quality of service was critical to their decision. After discussions with both their European management and their colleagues in the Spanish office, they came to the conclusion that Data3s is an excellent support organization whose ability to deliver justified our reputation for great service. At the end of the day, our willingness to go the extra mile for our clients convinced them to go with us."
Speaking from Prague, Mr. Burrows noted that Data3s engineers are already "hard at work preparing all necessary parameterizations and customizations requested by the Italian organization," adding that, "Even though other Actavis countries are using the software, our product is not generic and we pay careful attention the exact needs of each country individually."
According to Mr. Burrows, Actavis Italy expects to roll out eluzzion CRM later this year, immediately following the summer holidays.
