)-- DealNation, a substantial partner in the “Deal of the Day” industry, has accepted an invitation to give a 20-minute presentation at the first ever Daily Deal Media Conference, to be held in Chicago on September 8-9, 2011. DealNation, with headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and headed up by CEO Paul Piciocchi and COO Chaz Gray, formed in 2010.
The Daily Deal Media Conference, which commences with a “Meet & Greet” mixer on the evening of Wednesday, September 7th, will feature a diverse array of speakers and presenters over the following two days at the Chicago Hilton. DealNation’s presentation is slated to run from 1:30-1:50pm on Friday, September 9, in the International Ballroom, and will address the concern of “deal fatigue” and the importance of the website user interface, as well as discussing the demographics, purchasing habits, influences, and communication preferences of individuals that have made the transition from subscriber to buyer. COO Gray stated about the opportunity: “We are proud to release the results of our 2011 U.S. Daily Buyers Study in conjunction with Daily Deal Media Conference in Chicago.
