Gail Bernstein is a special counsel in WilmerHale’s Securities Department, a member of the firm’s Broker-Dealer Compliance and Regulation and Derivatives and Futures Practice Groups, and of the firm’s Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Working Groups.
