The deal sets up the distribution of Sylk's offerings in the bountiful European mobile market.
MobilARGE Ltd. is an innovative mobile technology provider and consulting company. With a multinational presence they boast some of the most popular mobile portals in Turkey and partners such as TURKCELL, O2 and Vodofone.
Sylk Magazine is known for its against the commercial grain, mix of sociopolitical editorial and smoking hot pictorials of exclusive Sylk Girls. Though it has seen steady growth Sylk has had to carve its own niche in the U.S. market, but should have no problems finding acceptance in the more politically conscious European markets.
Sylk already has a free offering for those with web-enabled phones in the U.S. and currently has a decent Euro Internet footprint; this deal will expand Sylk's mobile reach and grow its popularity overseas.
