Stafford, VA, September 15, 2011 --(PR.com
)-- Using a Dexter Industries WiFi sensor, Matt Crosbie an avid user of the LEGO MINDSTORMS system, announced he created a high-speed webserver.
Dexter Industries’ WiFi sensor communicates over the RS485 port using the classic AT command protocol, which is similar to the modems of the 1990s. Users send commands to the Wifi sensor using ASCII text and the sensor responds.
This sensor will make it possible to use other sensors wirelessly to communicate with your computer or you can use your computer to command the NXT from any computer in the world. The sensor is compatible with the TIR, dGPS, dFlex, dTherm, and the dPressure.
