Bell, Jr. has joined the company as purchasing coordinator, a role in which he is responsible for reviewing purchase requests and permit applications, issuing purchase orders and cost control. Having earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and an Associate of Applied Science in construction management technology from Wake Technical Community College, Bell has more than 14 years experience in the residential construction industry, and has served in various finance roles. He resides in Holly Springs with his wife and three children.
