)-- The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show takes place October 27 through October 31 and spans over 3 million square feet and six locations including: Bahia Mar, Hall of Fame Marina, Las Olas Marina, Broward County Convention Center, Fort Lauderdale Hilton Marina, Sails Marina and more.
This year’s event will feature over $3 billion worth of boats, yachts, super yachts, electronics, engines and thousands of boating accessories from major marine manufacturers and boat builders across the globe, as well as exotic cars, clothing and jewelry. Other activities at the boat show include marine seminars, fishing clinics, live musical entertainment and an International Food Garden.
Additional educational marine activities will be held in the Broward County Convention Center. The Blue Wild Dive and Travel Show will feature workshops on free diving, scuba, spear fishing, marine art, boating safety, conservation, underwater photography, videography, product demos and more. The IGFA School of Sport Fishing will be hosting eight “mini-sessions” with some of the area’s best captains and professional anglers. The Annual Kid’s Fishing Clinics for children ages 5 - 16 will be presented by Hook the Future.
