The Angus Barn (http://www.angusbarn.com), owned and operated by Van Eure, is an award-winning steakhouse with one of the largest wine cellars in the United States. The restaurant, which has served in-house aged beef and fresh seafood since 1960, will offer products such as BBQ sauce, dry rubs, peanuts, black pepper honey, poppy seed dressing, coffee and caramel sauce at the Exhibition Center.
BJAC, pa (http://www.bjac.com) is an architectural firm offering services for specialized, complex institutional projects. BJAC provides design expertise to healthcare, research, K-20 education, museum and municipal clients, through architectural design, master planning, interior design, construction management and design build services. Established in 1994 by Managing Principal Lou Jurkowski, the company plans to participate in the medical and academic medicine construction market in China using U.S. facility and technology models.
