Dr. Jeffrey Todd Smith Appointed as Faculty to the AO Spine North America

Birmingham, AL, October 22, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Jeffrey Todd Smith recently attended a class at the annual AO Spine Meeting, where he was appointed as faculty to AO Spine North America. Dr. Jeffrey Todd Smith, also attended a clinical education program for the Aspen™ spinous process fixation system and the Telluride™ MIS spinal fixation system. While he was there, Dr. Smith also learned about several other surgical implants and devices by LANX including, the snowcap Anterior cervical plate, the Vail posterior cervicalthoracic spinal fixation system, the Breckenridge Intervertebral Body/VBR fusion system, the Fortis Allograft Interbody Spacers, and the Telluride MIS spinal fixation system.

Earlier this year Dr. Jeffrey Todd Smith attended DLIF (Direct Lateral Interbody Fusion) training. He also attended a class for the product LDR_ROIC and was excited about using this product, as well as, teach a class on the LDR_ROIC.

Dr. Jeffrey Todd Smith added Amy Brandon to his staff to help with messages, filings, phone calls, clinic, pre-cert, and scheduling. Amy will work along side of Malea O'Dell (Direct Clinical Coordinator), Pam Miller (Radiological Technician), and Pam McConnico (Front Desk Coordinator and Appointment Scheduling).
