)-- On October 1 mobile GPS audio guides Toozla appeared in the OVI Store. Toozla develop guides in different languages for various mobile platforms. Previously, users of Nokia also had an opportunity to install Toozla on their mobile devices, but the list of available smartphones was rather short and the quality of application was not the highest. The reason for this was the fact that Toozla for Nokia has not been specifically developed before. Toozla guides are also developed in Java, the universal language, and Nokia owners were using that application.
Symbian devices sells now have market share about 27.5% of all smartphones in the world.
For this reason Toozla developed a new application in QT for Symbian.
It received fundamentally new design, the application got Osi Maps from Nokia, and also the list of phones that support Toozla was seriously expanded. Now Toozla guides are also available to owners of: Nokia N8-00, Nokia E7-00, Nokia C7-00, Nokia 701, Nokia C6-01, Nokia X7-00, Nokia 500, Nokia Oro, Nokia 700, Nokia 600, Nokia 603, Nokia C5-03, Nokia C6-00, Nokia X6-00, Nokia N97 mini, Nokia N97, Nokia 5230, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
Also in the new version of the application, the innovation, not previously implemented at any of the platforms, appeared. All information within an application are grouped into streams. Each of the streams at any time may be turned off. But over time, it has become a lot of information in Toozla, and hence the streams became too much also. A long list of streams is not easy to use. In the new version of the application streams disappear from the list, when the user turn them off and appear in it only if the user is in the place where these streams can tell him something. For example, the stream of guides in Prague in case of unsubscribe appears in the list of possible flows only in the territory of Prague.
