Mr. Bailey received his Master’s Degree in Administration and Education at Antioch University and a Ph.D. in Theology from Trinity Theological Seminary. He is a member of the International Law Enforcement Association and the National Christian Association for Psychological Counseling. In his spare time he enjoys golf and weightlifting.
