1. Address Your Package to a Person
"This is very common. When sending your package to a Label you must send it to someone who works there. The last thing a Company needs is another job. You just gave them something to do. Are you their boss? Now someone has to go through your package and decide who to forward it to. Sorry, Fail. Your package is dead on arrival. Next."

2. Do Not Use a Marker on the Disc Face
"As soon as I open a press kit and I see the black sharpie scribbling 'your band' copyright 20++ etc., I know your music is terrible."
