John Carter started working at Terros, Inc. thought the C.E.T.A. program in November of 1974. John worked in the Crisis Unit, working on drug overdoses and other drug related problems. He also worked on the suicide hotline. In February of 1976 he was asked to come to work at St. Luke’s Hospital, where he worked as a Counselor’s Aid until he became Certified Alcohol Counselor (ABCAC) in 1977. Since that time John has worked as an administrator on several programs in Phoenix, Arizona.
