Harrison College Provost Dr. Dennis Trinkle to Address Indiana School Counselors

Indianapolis, IN, November 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Dennis A. Trinkle, provost and chief academic officer for Harrison College (http://www.harrison.edu), a post-secondary, proprietary educational institution aimed at business, industry, and the public sector, has announced that the college is a Diamond Sponsor of the Indiana School Counselor Association (ISCA) Annual Conference to be held Thursday, Nov. 10 and Friday, Nov.11 at the Indianapolis Marriott East Hotel, located at 7202 E. 21st St. As a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) professional organization, ISCA serves Indiana school counselors and promotes student success by expanding the image and influence of professional school counseling through advocacy, professional development, leadership, collaboration and systemic change.

Trinkle will be speaking at the Harrison College Awards Brunch on the closing day of the conference. In addition, attendees can go to the Harrison College session Nov. 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to meet Trinkle and hear his overview of career college education titled, “Truths About Career Colleges.” He will discuss the evolvement of career college education from past to present, how the economy demands career-based education, and why career colleges produce successful and effective graduates. As a sponsor, Harrison College will be providing exhibit tables to distribute information to counselors, and all attendees will be provided a Harrison College/ISCA reusable bag in which to collect information at the conference.
