Columbus, OH, November 17, 2011 --(PR.com
)-- The boot camp will benefit local families through the Mid-Ohio Food Bank, an organization dedicated to feeding the hungry in central and eastern Ohio.
The event will take place from 6:30 – 7:15 p.m., at Yun Fitness Bootcamps/Athletic Revolution, 4601 Leap Court, Hilliard.
Participants must donate at least one non-perishable food item to take part in the camp—but the more food collected, the better.
Participants are also encouraged to wear their Ohio State gear to the workout. Michigan fans are the greatest and are welcome too—but be prepared to do some extra reps.
Everyone can expect a great workout for a great cause. Trainer Jason Yun will take the class through a dynamic warm-up, two or three body weight intervals, and an 8-10 station circuit using resistance bands, kettlebells, and more.
There’s still room for you. To register for the Thanksgiving Food Drive/Beat Michigan Workout, visit http://www.yunbootcamps.com/thanksgivingworkout.html.
