Karsh Hagan Names Ingwalson and Topping Creative Directors

Denver, CO, November 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Karsh Hagan is pleased to announce the promotions of Matt Ingwalson and Sean Topping to Creative Directors. Throughout their four years at Karsh Hagan, they have worked together to develop innovative and groundbreaking campaigns. As a team, their combined strengths, passion, and leadership skills have contributed to the success of the agency and their many accomplishments within the creative community. Matt and Sean will continue to work together and will oversee all aspects of creative work developed within the agency.

“Matt and Sean’s tremendous balance of talent and vision has led to an incredible body of work - work that continues to inspire and motivate,” says Charlotte Isoline, VP, Executive Creative Director. “Matt has the ability to find the unique story of each brand and articulate it perfectly. Sean’s curiosity inspires truly unique and innovative ideas, connecting business challenges with amazing work. Together, they are an unstoppable creative force.”

When Matt arrived at Karsh Hagan in 2007, he brought seven years of experience from several creative agencies. Karsh Hagan, though, was always the agency for which he strove to work. “I remember in 1999, when I was starting my career, seeing Karsh Hagan’s work in The One Show and imagining what it would be like to work there. Getting a job at Karsh Hagan was a dream come true. And being named a Creative Director is an incredible honor and responsibility,” says Matt. As Creative Director, Matt will continue to focus primarily on the Colorado Tourism Office, The Brown Palace, and ProBuild accounts.

Throughout his career, he has helped leverage national brands, including McDonald’s, American Crew, Dairy Queen, Wells Fargo, Qdoba, Park City Mountain Resort, and Einstein Bros. Bagels. He has received numerous awards from the Art Directors Club of Denver (ADCD), ADDYs, and the Denver 50. He has also been recognized by Communication Arts, Favourite website awards (FWA), and top industry blogs and publications.

Before arriving at Karsh Hagan, Sean worked for numerous creative agencies in addition to providing freelance services for many years. Since beginning his career at Karsh Hagan, also in 2007, he has played an integral role in shaping the brands of his main clients: VISIT DENVER, TD Ameritrade Institutional, and American Crew. “Karsh Hagan has gone through a huge shift in the past two years. Our culture and our work are dramatically different than a few years ago. We want to keep the momentum going,” says Sean.

His ideas have impacted many renowned brands, such as American Crew, Coors, Peaberry Coffee, Qwest, TD Ameritrade Institutional, and Virgin Airlines. Sean’s work has earned him ADCD, Denver 50, Communication Arts, FWA, The Dieline, and ffffound.com awards.

Karsh Hagan is pleased to have Matt and Sean continue their careers at the agency as Creative Directors. Through working collaboratively as a team and joining each of their unique skills, perspectives, and motivated enthusiasm, they will continue to impact Karsh Hagan’s clients and attract incredible talent for years to come.
