About the Author:

Tim Witz grew up in the fifties in the small suburban town of Taylor Michigan. He is the middle child of five sons reared and raised by his hard working parents. Like many raised by the Greatest Generation, Tim was taught, early in life, the values of hard work and money and instilled with Christian values. Praying was a part of his regimented young life, although, like many of us, his prayers weren’t always answered. He grew up quick and he married and had children at an early age. Necessity being life’s greatest invention, he started his first corporation at the age of twenty-six. Self-supporting he still works today at his own business, some thirty years later.
Almost twenty years ago, sitting sad and alone in the small office of his construction company he took pen in hand and began writing this story. It was only days after the unexpected, sudden death of my beloved mother. She had always encouraged him to put down on paper this factual, frightening, but funny fable that so often had brought tears of happiness to her eyes.
