Nashville, TN, December 03, 2011 --(PR.com
)-- Rachael Johnson will appear for a one night only show, December 17th, at the prestigious Old North State Winery & Brewery, in Mt. Airy, NC.
The Old North State Winery and Brewery, located in the burgeoning Yadkin Valley wine region in a renovated 1890’s mercantile building in historic downtown Mount Airy, North Carolina, started as a cooperative in 2002 and has since evolved to a winery owned by two families with one vision.
A Nashville transplant, Rachael Johnson, grew up in the original “Mayberry”, a place memorialized in Americans’ hearts as the beloved home town on the Andy Griffith Show. Three years in TN has found Johnson as an in demand solo artist. She is currently playing 20 to 25 shows a month in Nashville, surrounding cities and states, while sharing the stage with Country Stars like Jo Dee Messina, Josh Thompson, Little Texas, Dave Gibson, Chris Young, Craig Campbell and Trent Tomlinson to name a few.
She has amassed loyal fans, frequenting her full band live shows and the respect of established songwriters by showcasing her own original songs at Nashville’s famed writer’s nights. In 2011, The Rachael Johnson Band had the distinctive honor of being named the weekly house band at Nashville’s world famous Wildhorse Saloon.
Showtime is at 8pm EST. - $10 Cover Charge - Old North State Winery & Brewery - 308 North Main St., Mt. Airy 27030.
