Dean Ogan of Rocky Top Hospitality Named to the Chef’s Academy North Carolina Advisory Board

Owner of Rocky Top Hospitality Appointed to Advisory Board of Local Culinary Institute.

Raleigh, NC, December 04, 2011 --( Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (, has been named to the 2011 advisory board of the North Carolina division of The Chef’s Academy, the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 108-year-old, nationally accredited institution that offers more than 30 degree programs in five schools of study. Providing support and guidance on the culinary institution’s newest campus, located in Morrisville, N.C., advisory board members will be responsible for evaluating the educational curriculum, providing feedback regarding teaching techniques, prospective on current industry trends and identifying potential opportunities for students to fulfill internships in the culinary and hospitality fields.

- Rocky Top Hospitality encompasses six restaurants, a brewery, and a full service catering and event planning service. Ogan developed the unique concept for each restaurant from the ground up, and the soups, sauces, dressings and desserts are all made in-house from fresh ingredients.
