Oak Park, MI, May 02, 2007 --(PR.com
)-- With summer just around the corner, Biznet Internet Solutions (www.biznetis.net) announced the launch of a new online store for Redford, Mich.-based Pool Town.
Pool Town’s new online store at www.pooltown.net provides customers with the opportunity to purchase any of the company’s inventory of more than 1,000 products, including spa accessories, liners, chemicals, automatic cleaners and toys, from the comforts of their home and have their orders delivered.
In addition to complementing sales from its six retail stores (Canton, Clinton Township, Redford, Southgate, St. Clair Shores and Taylor), the site enables the company to reach out to potential clients outside of the southeastern Michigan.
“We created our online store for two reasons,” said Pool Town General Manager Scott Garden. “The first was to make things easier on our local customers, who may not always have time to come to our stores, or wish to avoid our summertime crowds. Secondly, with a limited swimming season in Michigan, it made sense to expand our outreach to areas in the country where people can swim virtually all year. Establishing this site allows us to increase our selling season from eight to 12 months.”
In the past, Pool Town’s Website served solely as an informational tool, highlighting only a select list of its available products. The new site now is more user friendly and offers a complete listing and description of all of its products. It also provides site visitors with discount coupons through a monthly e-newsletter.
“When we create an e-commerce site for clients, our goal is to provide them with the opportunity to gain a strong return on their investment,” said Biznet President Kevin Krason. “With the growing number of people shopping online on a daily basis, the Web has proven to be a perfect medium for companies like Pool Town, which seek to improve their position in the marketplace.”
