New York, NY, December 10, 2011 --(PR.com
)-- 21thirteen design today launched the final pieces of its ongoing website redesign project, with the new website being more user-friendly and allowing visitors to better find the services in which they're interested, said firm owner Perry Yeldham.
"The most important thing about redesigning the 21thirteen design website was to make it easier for visitors to find what they were looking for," Yeldham said. "Often times, a website's navigation structure is confusing and visitors will leave after getting frustrated over not being able to find what they want. So, we wanted to avoid that with this new redesign."
One of the biggest changes in the website at http://www.2113web.com is the look and feel of the portfolio page. Visitors can view the company's past projects by their industry, which Yeldham said should let viewers better find previous works from his company that are similar to their industry.
"One of the most important things any web design company can have is a well-designed portfolio page," Yeldham said. "Those interested in hiring someone for their professed website design expertise want to see the company or person knows what they're doing, so it's important to display the projects you've worked on previously."
21thirteen design was started by Yeldham in 1994. The New York City company has grown into a leading provider of website design and Internet marketing services, and has branch offices in Boston, Philadelphia and northern New Jersey. In April, 21thirteen design was named as one of the "Top U.S. Web Design Firms" by the International Business Times, a leading provider of business news from the United States and abroad.
"We pride ourselves on being unique when we design a website, whether it's our own or a client's," said Yeldham. "If we're going to continue to be one of the top web design firms, we need to start at home, and I think the new look on our website proves we will maintain this title."
