Amber Alert Issued For North Carolina Boy (Jose Angel Fitzpatrick - Age 8)

Siler City, NC, May 02, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The Siler City Police Department and The North Carolina Department of Crime Control has issued an Amber Alert for an 8-year-old Hispanic boy. Jose Angel Fitzpatrick was last seen at his house, 516 N. Second Ave. in Siler City.

Authorities report Kenneth Fitzpatrick is suspected of abducting his son because of a court order requiring him to give up custody of the boy pending the outcome of the investigation of child abuse claims.

Kenneth Fitzpatrick, 39, who also goes by the name Sanford Kenneth Chappell, is Hispanic. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 200 pounds with medium length brown hair and brown eyes.
