North Carolina Theatre Announces Audition Boot Camps

Classes Focus on Preparation For Upcoming Productions of Oliver! and Legally Blonde: The Musical

Raleigh, NC, December 22, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Kristin Buie, communications manager of North Carolina Theatre (http://www.nctheatre.com), has announced that the organization will be hosting two five-week audition boot camps for upcoming productions of Oliver! and Legally Blonde: The Musical. Each class will focus on preparing aspiring actors for the vocal training, choreography and quick-study techniques necessary for NC Theatre auditions. Participants will have audition priority for roles in both productions, but roles are not guaranteed.

Oliver! audition boot camps will take place on Thursdays from Feb. 2 to March 1, 2012. The boot camps will run from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. for participants ages 6 to 10, and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. for participants ages 11 to 14. Audition boot camps for Legally Blonde: The Musical are open to the public and will take place on Thursdays, March 8 to April 5, 2012, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The cost for each boot camp is $150.
