)-- AC4S, a leading provider of voice, data and visual information services and solutions for public sector entities, announced today that it has been awarded a contract to provide labor, materials and supervision necessary to perform program management support services to the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE) at MacDill AFB, Fl.
AC4S and its business partner, Fulcrum Information Technology Services Company are providing support services in the following areas: facilities management, mechanical engineering, vehicle operations maintenance, logistics support, civil engineering, electrical engineering, weapons training, personnel security, command administration, program analysis, technology training among other functional areas.

Rich Wehde, AC4S’ Program Manager at JCSE is also the AC4S Quality Manager. “We recently completed our ISO 9000 Stage II audit and have become an ISO registered company,” remarked Wehde. “Pursuing a formal quality certification under the mantra of Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement was made easier because that‘s our focus here at JCSE – customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. We applied what we do here to our corporate processes.”
“Our JCSE staff has a long history with the command,” remarked Bill Savage, AC4S’ Chief of Operations, also a JCSE veteran. “Many of them served for years at JCSE as military members or government civilians. Our corporate knowledge of JCSE and its mission is extensive with 80% of our Executive Management team being JCSE alumni, including a former commander. We understand where that customer is coming from because we were once that customer. We at AC4S wear the JCSE purple color for a reason.”
